We hope you find what you're looking for here and if we can't help you, hopefully we can point you in the right direction. We are Mike and Veronica (aka V). We have been helping people realize their nutritional and healthy potential for a couple of years now. Some past relationships have helped develop and shape the offerings we have available. At the end of the day, we use and practice exactly what we teach. We eat the same foods, in the same portions, at the same times, etc. We're not going to tell you to not do something while sit on the other end of the internet and do it.
We eat the way we do because it fuels our extremely active life. Mike works out 6-7 days a week either doing hypertrophy training, olympic lifting or Crossfit. While V likes to take a more cardio approach to her workouts with 6-8 mile runs and/or 20-25 mile bike rides. We also enjoy camping and hiking the 52m+ acres in our National Parks and 18m+ acres of State Parks in our M416 Expedition Trailer that we built ourselves in the garage.
