If you've been a member of our Facebook Group, or heard about the programs from one of our members you've heard our weird terminology ... "Kut" or "Reset" or some other fun gibberish. Don't worry, you aren't expected to know any of this! We will guide you step-by-step, by the checklist through it all.
But before you jump right in, lets get you familiar with what we are going to be doing:
In the loading phase, our goal is to wake up your body. Most people that come to us have been trying to starve themselves lean. We need to wake your metabolic processes up and get your body ready for action. This is NOT a free for all, but a targeted and strategic 2 days. It's a challenge for most people. Your load will not be the same as everyone else's.
The famous "Kut". In this phase we target body fat loss. Like the load, it is customized for you. You'll receive a specific food list and a checklist. You'll be expected to follow it. If you do, you'll see success. But the real value in the Kut is what you learn about your body and how to eat. Cravings disappear, desires disappear and you energy levels skyrocket.
In Reset, the body is setup for the rest of your life. Reset is the most important part of the program. Here we'll reintroduce all of life's amazing foods using the Kut's lessons learned. No ... you will not regain weight. In fact, almost everyone loses another 1-2#. Reset is work. We have clients that love this portion the most, and others that hate this the most. Decide for yourself.
This is the phase of the program where you simply live your life. Most clients lose another 1-2# in the month following Reset. In lifestyle, eat anything on planet earth you want. It's your life. As I often say "unless you eat like an asshole everyday, 24/7, you're not going to regain your weight." Why ? You've been taught how your body works, what to eat, how to eat and how to adjust for "a bad day" or even a weekend.
